Italian prosecutors say Silvio Berlusconi should stand trial over 'sex with underage prostitute', and he should be removed from public office

Dear All

One thing I think you can say with certainty is that Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has brought disgrace to his public office.

Even the Pope has had a sideways pop at him.

Prosecutors in Italy are ‘hot’ for Silvio Berlusconi, they want him in court and up on charges over his relationship with an underage girl.

Chief Prosecutor Edmondo Bruti Liberati leading the charge said:

“We'll have a final meeting today on the procedural aspects and tomorrow we will forward the request to the judge.”

Prosecutors allege Berlusconi paid for sex with an underage prostitute and they want him brought to book.

It is also alleged that he later exerted improper pressure on police to have an underage prostitute released when she was detained on separate theft charges.

The probe centres on Karima el Mahroug who goes by the nickname Ruby Rubacuori (Ruby The Heartstealer).

It is claimed that Berlusconi had sex with her sometime between February and May last year, a charge which carries a jail term of between six months and three years.

She denies sex took place.

The situation became more complex after it emerged Berlusconi had called police and asked them to release Moroccan-born El Mahroug after she had been arrested on suspicion of theft.

Allegedly stating she was the grand-daughter of Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak.

She isn’t.

Since Berlusconi has been in public office, it hasn’t been a fairytale but rather a nightmare as he has been dogged by continual allegations involving women.

And underage prostitutes!

His lawyers confirmed late last year that he was under investigation in a prostitution case which they call 'absurd and groundless'.

In an interview Ruby said she had been given a diamond necklace, 7,000 euros and an Audi by Mr Berlusconi who said he 'felt sorry' for her as she told him her life story.

If I tell him my life story would I get the same?

I doubt it.

Prosecutors also claim that Berlusconi planned to host a 'bunga bunga' sex party hours before they revealed he was under investigation.

And there appears to be smoke, details of the arrangements emerged in a series of leaked SMS texts.

Anglo-Italian regional councillor Nicole Minetti, 25, who is said to have been the chief recruiter of the girls!

Minetti has since stressed that she was not a 'cheap madame' and that Berlusconi's parties were 'enjoyable evenings, with no scenes of sex.'

An interesting tale is told by a Brunette call-girl called Nadia Marci, 28.

She told prosecutors how she was provided with marijuana during £9,000 sex sessions with Berlusconi.

Marci told investigators Berlusconi had flown more than two dozen girls into the villa for a private party.

The hookers joined the PM in the swimming pool.

And took turns to satisfy him!

Then after making ‘love’ to one, Berlusconi would kiss her goodbye and call out:

“Next please!”

Berlusconi’s wife said:

“I cannot remain with a man who consorts with minors' and 'is not well”.

And she is filing for divorce!

However a hurdle for Berlusconi is German actress Sabina Began.

She said she organised the 'bunga bunga' sex parties for Berlusconi and has declared herself as the ‘guilty one’ at the centre of the sex scandal engulfing Italy.

She claimed to be in love with the 74-year-old premier, describing him as a 'very lonely man'.

He is married!

The fight to remove Silvo Berlusconi continues.

Yours sincerely
